Our minor roadside assistance services start at $75. This includes jump starts, lockouts, spare tire assistance, and fluid delivery (fuel cost not included). Mobile tire and battery services are also available at higher rates. Please call for a quote.
How much does it cost to get a new tire delivered and installed at my location?
Pricing depends on tire size, brand, and your location at the time of service. Typical pricing ranges from $225–$265 for passenger vehicles and $375+ for work vehicles and fleet trucks. Tire included.
Where are you located? I need help fast.
We operate throughout Zebulon, NC, and surrounding areas. Our technicians are strategically positioned to provide the fastest possible response times. We do not have a central storefront location.
What are your average wait times?
Average response times are typically 30–60 minutes, depending on location and demand. We always strive to reach you as quickly as possible.
Do you repair rims?
We do not offer rim repair services. However, we may be able to assist by installing a spare tire. Call to check availability.
Do you sell tires?
Yes. We sell, deliver, and install tires at your home, office, or roadside location. Services are available 6 AM–10 PM, seven days a week.
How much does mobile battery replacement cost?
Mobile battery replacement typically ranges from $189.99 to $400, depending on your vehicle’s power requirements and installation process. We offer multiple warranty options—call for pricing details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most payment methods including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Cash payments are limited.
Do your technicians follow safety protocols?
Yes. Our technicians wear protective gear and make every effort to maintain a safe distance from customers during service.
Can I pay for services over the phone?
Yes. We accept payments over the phone. The cardholder must be present and may be required to provide additional verification.
Are you closed on holidays?
We are often closed on major holidays. However, limited service may be available depending on circumstances.
I have roadside assistance insurance, but they’re unavailable. Can you help?
Yes. We can assist immediately with payment collected at the time of service. A receipt will be provided so you can submit it to your insurance for reimbursement. Services start at $65.

My car broke down. Do you offer mechanical repairs?
We do not provide mechanical repair services. However, we may be able to refer you to a trusted provider.
Can you remove a stripped lug nut?
Yes. We use specialized equipment to remove stripped lug nuts or bolts. Pricing starts at $75.
I lost my locking lug nut key. Can you help?
Yes. We can remove locking lug nuts starting at $85.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. That said, we strive for customer satisfaction. If there’s an issue, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
Can I get service now and pay later?
No. Payment is required before, during, or immediately after service. We reserve the right to collect payment upfront.
How fast should I drive on a spare tire?
The recommended maximum speed for a temporary spare or donut tire is 50 MPH. Always check the tire itself and your vehicle owner’s manual.
How long can I use a temporary spare tire?
Temporary spare tires are for emergency use only and should not be driven more than 50 miles.
